Please read these Terms of Purchase carefully. By purchasing or accessing Market Fit, you agree to these terms and confirm you’ve had reasonable opportunity to review them prior to purchase. These Terms are legally binding as of the date of your purchase or first access.

1. General Purpose
These Terms are an agreement between you (“Member,” “you,” “your”) and Liv Rollings (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) for the purchase or access of Market Fit: The Marketing Membership (“Membership”), available through www.marketinggal.co or related subdomains (the “Website”).
By clicking “Join Now,” “Buy Now,” submitting payment, or otherwise enrolling, you agree to these Terms and our [Privacy Policy] and [Website Terms of Use].

2. Product Scope
Market Fit is a marketing education and support membership offering marketing training, content templates, strategy sessions, and community access. Specific inclusions are listed on the sales page at the time of purchase.

3. Delivery of Access
Upon successful payment, you’ll receive login credentials or access instructions via email. If your purchase was made during a pre-sale or limited release, access will begin on the date stated on the sales page.
We make all reasonable efforts to deliver as promised, though minor adjustments to delivery dates may occur due to operational needs.

4. Product Disclaimer
All content within Market Fit is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute business, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for how you apply the material within your own business.

5. No Warranties or Guarantees
Market Fit and all related materials are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees of specific business outcomes, financial results, or performance improvements. You understand your results depend on your own effort, strategy, and execution.

6. Payment & Billing
By providing your payment details, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method for the total amount due, including applicable taxes or fees.
Currency: All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.


Payment Plans: If you opt for a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments regardless of whether you continue to participate.


Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to reprocess it. If unsuccessful, we reserve the right to suspend your membership until payment is received.



7. Cancellations & Refund Policy
Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of the Membership, all sales are final. Due to the nature of access and this product, refunds or cancellations are not offered under any circumstances.
This is a minimum three-month commitment, after which time you are able to cancel your payments and discontinue access if you so please. If you have subscribed on a recurring basis, you may cancel before your next billing date to prevent future charges. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds are issued.

8. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute automatically revokes your access to the Membership. You agree to pay the full purchase amount plus any fees incurred as a result of the dispute.

9. Promotions & Discounts
Promotions, bonuses, or discounts are offered at our discretion and may change at any time. They cannot be retroactively applied to previous purchases.

10. License of Use
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and business use only.
You may not share, sell, distribute, reproduce, or repurpose any materials from Market Fit for commercial use without explicit written permission from Liv Rollings.
All intellectual property, including course content, templates, and branding, remains the sole property of the Company.

11. Intellectual Property
All materials within Market Fit, including but not limited to videos, guides, templates, and designs, are owned by Liv Rollings. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership.
You agree not to infringe, duplicate, or misrepresent this intellectual property.

12. Testimonials & Use of Submissions
By submitting feedback, testimonials, or tagging us online, you grant Liv Rollings permission to use your words, name, and likeness in future marketing or promotional materials, with appropriate credit.

13. Age & Eligibility
By purchasing, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our Website, and continued participation in Market Fit constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liv Rollings is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Market Fit or its materials.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your Membership.

16. Force Majeure
We will not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in this jurisdiction.

18. Entire Agreement
These Terms represent the full agreement between you and Liv Rollings regarding your purchase of Market Fit and supersede all prior discussions or representations.
