1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Marketing Bootcamp for Photographers is a 6-week coaching program designed to help photographers create and implement a marketing system that generates consistent client inquiries.
The program includes:
✔ Two (2) 60-minute strategy calls (via Zoom)
✔ Weekly assigned tasks to build marketing consistency
✔ Content & email reviews with direct feedback
✔ Three (3) days per week of chat support (response time within 24 hours)
Client agrees to actively participate in the program and complete all assigned tasks.

2. PAYMENT TERMS
Client agrees to pay one of the following:
One-time payment: $1,500 AUD
Split payments:
2 payments of $750 AUD
3 payments of $500 AUD
Payment is required in full or as per the agreed installment plan before the program begins.
Failure to complete a payment on time may result in suspension from the program until payment is received.

3. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the nature of this high-touch, live coaching program, refunds are not available once the program begins.
If Client chooses to withdraw early, no refunds will be given. However, if Client experiences extenuating circumstances, a pause in participation may be discussed at the discretion of the Coach.
If Coach needs to cancel a scheduled call, a rescheduled session will be offered at a mutually convenient time.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
By joining this Bootcamp, Client agrees to:
✅ Attend all scheduled calls or provide at least 24 hours’ notice if rescheduling.
✅ Complete assigned tasks weekly to build marketing consistency.
✅ Submit content & email drafts for review in a timely manner.
✅ Engage in the chat support channel respectfully and within the designated support days.
If Client does not complete tasks or actively participate, Coach is not responsible for lack of results.

5. COACH RESPONSIBILITIES
Coach agrees to:
✔ Provide high-level marketing guidance tailored to the Client’s business.
✔ Give direct feedback on content & emails submitted.
✔ Be available for chat support during designated hours.
✔ Hold the Client accountable to their marketing goals.
Coach does not guarantee specific results—marketing success depends on Client’s execution and consistency.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, strategies, templates, and discussions provided in this program are for Client’s personal use only.
Client may not share, copy, or distribute any materials or coaching insights to others.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any private business details shared within the program.

7. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Client understands that this Bootcamp is for educational and coaching purposes only.
Coach is not responsible for any business decisions Client makes based on the advice provided.
Client releases Coach from any claims, liability, or damages resulting from participation in the program.

8. AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By signing below, both parties agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement and commit to working together in good faith.
